Day # 1

  1. Push Press & Over Head Squat 5×3+3
  2. CJ High Blocks 5×2 @ 75%
  3. Squat 3×8
  4. P-Knot in each armpit 2 minutes each

Day # 2

  1. Muscle Snatch & Sotts 3×3+3
  2. Snatch Blocks 5×2 @ 75%
  3. Sumo Dead Lift 5×8
  4. Med Ball Leg Lifts 3×15
  5. P-Knot Quads 2 minutes each side

Day #3

  1. Sotts Press 3×8
  2. Jerk Balance & Jerk 5×2 @ 85-90%
  3. Front Squat 3×8
  4. P-Knot Glutes and IT Band 2 minutes on each
