Day # 1

  1. Push Press & Over Head Squat 5×3+3
  2. CJ Low Blocks 5×2 @ 80%
  3. Squat 3×6
  4. P-Knot in each hamstring 2 minutes each

Day # 2

  1. Muscle Snatch & Sotts Behind Neck 3×3+3
  2. Snatch High Blocks 5×2 @ 80%
  3. Sumo Dead Lift 5×6
  4. Med Ball Leg Lifts 3×15
  5. P-Knot Glutes 2 minutes each side

Day #3

  1. Sotts Press Front of Neck 3×8
  2. Jerk Balance & Jerk 5×2 @ 90- 93%
  3. Front Squat 3×6
  4. P-Knot Triceps and Lats 2 minutes on each
