Wednesday Weight Loss Challenge

Join us in this 9-week journey helping Anna Martin, world-class elite weightlifter, drop a weight class! Each week we will post Anna’s weight and her progress. Join in along with us! 6/10/2015 – 9 Weeks Out

Anna’s weight is 85.0 kg. We will jump start her metabolism with – increased hydration, nutrient timing, portion control, and food choices equaling 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat.

Anna will be eating 5 times a day at 7:00, 10, 1, 4, and 7. The things we need to focus on this week are discipline, establishing the new routine, positive nitrogen balance, and supporting Anna in this journey!
