Weight loss tip for this week…it’s not just the diet and hydration timing that has brought Anna all of this success. Certainly the consistency and the support of her friends, family and coach have been instrumental in her amazing progress, however the increase of lean muscle mass through prescriptive programming had changed Anna’s metabolism.
