Let’s look at this mathematically this week….she’s already lost 12 lbs!!! Anna is spot on with her target weight loss of 26 lbs in 9 weeks!!! Check out the details in this chart, and note her mean weigh loss is:

MEAN LOSS = 1.325 KG PER WEEK / 2.933 LBS PER WEEK

And her  weight loss to go is:

TO GO….6.5 KG / 14.33 LBS

If Anna continues to lose her weight at this steady rate, at 5 WEEKS OUT  she needs to lose 1.3 KG / 2.866 LBS per week, which is just a little less than her mean weight loss over the last 4 weeks.

Important reminders for Anna and all who are following this Wednesday Weight Loss Challenge.

1. Space out 4-6 liters of water through out the day. Anna is consuming 6 L. Muscle has a much higher content of water compared to fat, so the more muscular the person, the more water they will utilize.

2. Space out 5 small meals a day starting within the first hour of waking.

3. Consume your dense carbs (whole grain bread, pasta, rice, sweet potato, spaghetti squash etc.) before and after your training. Use vegetables for your carbohydrate sources during the other 3 meals.

4. Keep the 10:1 GO philosophy going in the morning.
