10 + 1…GO!!!

Wednesday Weight Loss Challenge…Anna is carving her way to her goal!!! 6 weeks out of the Master’s World Cup Competition and 3 weeks complete. Anna lost another .7kg / 1.5 lbs this week!!! Her total weight loss in 3 weeks is 4.2 kg / 9.3 lbs! 82.6 / 182.1 lbs today. 7.6 kg / 16.75 lbs to lose in 6 weeks. 1.2 kg a week and our target will be met.

To give Anna a metabolism boost we will be adding in the 10 + 1…GO concept that Anna hopefully will comply with! Before Anna leaves her house every morning we are going to ask her to do 10 minutes of cardio…really anything, running, intervals, walking, biking etc. She will consume 1 liter of water before she goes out the door for the day….10 + 1…GO!!!

Preparation, preparedness and discipline are key elements to succeeding with weight loss. Prepare your meals in advance and set a timer on your phone to remind you when to eat.
