  1. Power Snatch + Push Press 5×1+4
  2. Snatch Pull & Snatch 5×2+1 @ 80%
  3. Squat 5×5
  4. Body Weight Rows 3×10

WORKOUT # 2

  1. Push Press Front 5×8
  2. Behind neck Jerk 5×1 @ 85%
  3. Hang Clean Pulls 5×3@100%
  4. Crunches 3×25

WORKOUT # 3

  1. Power Clean & Push Press 3×1+3
  2. Clean Pull & Clean 5×2+1 @ 90%
  3. Clean Grip RDL 5×5
