Week 3 of 4 – Hypertrophy

WORKOUT # 1

  1. Warm up exercise of choice
  2. Over Head Squat 5×8
  3. Hang Clean & Jerk 80%x2, 85×2, 80×2
  4. Bent over Rows 3×10

WORKOUT # 2

  1. Back Squat 5×8
  2. Snatch Pulls 3×3 @ 100% Snatch Max
  3. Hang Snatch 80%x2, 85×2, 80×2
  4. Box Jumps 5×5

WORKOUT # 3

  1. Behind Neck Military Press Snatch Grip 5×8
  2. Jerk 5×2 @ 90%
  3. Snatch Grip RDL 5×5
