Week 2 of 4 – Hypertrophy

Day 1 –

  1. Squat 5×10
  2. Hang Snatch 3×2 @ 85%
  3. Snatch Pulls 3×3 @90%
  4. Box Jumps 5×5
  5. Hypers 3×10

Day 2 –

  1. Military Press in Split 5×8
  2. Jerk Step & Jerk 5×1+1 @ 85% + 85%
  3. Snatch RDL 5×5
  4. Reverse Plank 3×30 sec

Day 3 –

  1. Front Squat 5×10
  2. Snatch warm up to 80%, 3 sets of doubles at 85%
  3. Clean & Jerk warm up to 80%, 3 sets of doubles at 85%
  4. Side plank with Dip 4×10 (2 each side)
